Meet Carla + Sam. A fun-spirited couple of intrepid explorers we had the grand opportunity to spend time with last weekend at the Niagara Glen Nature Reserve in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Carla + Sam are getting married later this year in beautiful Niagara-On-The-Lake. We love traveling around Ontario, doing a bit of reconnaissance work and scouting out new-to-us wedding locations. So, on this particular occasion, we headed south to Southbrook Vineyards, a gorgeous local winery. What an amazing venue and perfect place to get married! After a brief tour, we made our way over to the Niagara Glen Nature Reserve to meet up with Carla + Sam for an adventurous hike near the falls.

Do you know if a permit was needed for this place for shoots? I know it’s a huge place, did anyone notice your equipment and ask for permits?

I don’t believe you do require a permit to shoot there. You may want to check the city website to be sure. 🙂
